I've seen that you used clay to cover the foam ( great trick with the foam, by the way!! ) but is that white material wood glue or water effects?
Wouldn't been easier to use wall filling plaster ( like Aquaplast )? It creates also a great water effect...

The white wood glue is not dry ............ I had an accident I dropped all .......... well ...... I changed the colors a bit and tomorrow Ropes
